In a superior position on this relaxed family-friendly holiday complex, the front door to this privately owned, well furnished and superbly maintained apartment is just a few yards from this spot, so snacks and drinks can be self-catered with ease from your own kitchen. The main pool is heated all year round and has a baby pool, sun beds and mattresses. A second pool is less crowded but not as toasty warm as the main pool.

The apartment is completely refurbished to a very high standard with new furniture, fittings and equipment throughout. The American-style kitchen has a full hob and oven, a fridge with freezer compartment and microwave oven. The sitting room is free-flow from the kitchen with 2 sofa-beds, Sky TV, DVD and radio-cassette player with direct access to the double-width sun terrace which enjoys the sun from early morning all day until late afternoon. The terrace has a dining table and chairs, parasol and sun beds.

The apartment has one bedroom with twin beds, comfy mattresses, fitted wardrobes and security safe for valuables. The bedroom has double French doors leading to the sun terrace.

The fully tiled bathroom has an over-bath shower, bath tub, WC and hand basin.

The friendly Garden City complex is just 15 minutes by taxi from Tenerife South airport and opposite the Bouganville Playa Hotel in a superb location for access to 2 Theme Parks on foot and several more just minutes away by taxi. A fully-equipped gymnasium is on site which offers membership for only 8 Euros per week. An internet office, launderette and shop, childrens club, pool tables and pool-side restaurant and bar offering weekly barbecue nights and live entertainment most evenings make this a very popular complex with British holiday-makers which most guests return to year after year.

There is a choice of no less than 4 superb golf-courses all within 10 minutes taxi ride of the apartment.

This image shows that the apartment is on the upper level of only 2-storey properties with the view shown from the sun-terrace to the pool. There is just a short flight of steps to the front door, making this a very desirable position within the complex with really easy access to the pool, the bar with full Sky Sports and the Pool-Side restaurant which serves delicious cooked breakfasts, snacks, lunches and evening meals, BBQ night is on a Thursday. The staff are so friendly and helpful it is impossible not to feel at home here right away. The local Aqua Park with water slides, rides and twice-daily dolphin show is just a 20 minute walk away. Opening in early 2008, Siam Park, the biggest theme park in Tenerife is just 10 minutes walk away. This is billed as the biggest thing to happen in Tenerife for many years!

Visit Jungle Park, Loro Parque and Mount Tiede, the volcano set in a lunar landscape which is also the highest mountain in all of Spain.  Scuba-Diving and Paragliding are all available at Torviscas beach which is less than a 10 minute walk away. A few hundred yards to the north is Fanabe Beach, followed by the “ultimate beach”, Playa Del Duque with its white Sahara Sand, deep, soft sunbed mattresses and exclusive restaurants and shops.

The wealth of restaurants of all types and nationalities at very reasonable prices means that there is no need to cook unless you really want to! The impressive local supermarket offers a dazzling choice of British goods and so much more. This is 5 minutes level walk away, in San Eugenio Shopping Centre, famous for its Mango designer clothes Outlet store, perfumeries, sport shops and souvenirs. The twice-weekly market is held in the very exclusive area of Del Duque and makes for great haggling for bargains. Whilst there, also visit the Plaza Shopping Centre for seriously dangerous to the pocket designer clothes shops and beautiful jewellery all at a fraction of UK prices.
