Meirionfa Cottage, sleeping 6 guests, is on the A5 near Corwen and Bala in North Wales. The cottage is spotlessy clean, just yards from a pub serving warm hearty food and with country lanes and beautiful walks right from the front door. 3 bedrooms, a king with adjoining bathroom, a twin and a bunk room, as well as a double sofa bed and specially adapted shower room/wc downstairs, offering great accommodation for a guest with limited mobility.
The cottage has approximately and acre of gardens and orchards which are elevated terraces enjoying south-facing views and sun all day. There is an extensive range of garden furniture, including a gas barbecue, picnic bench, sunloungers and swinging hammock for guests to enjoy this serene and lovely garden. Guests are also invited to pick their own fruit in season!
Originally 2 cottages, there is a cosy sitting room with TV, DVD and video. Satellite TV and plenty of DVDs and videos provided. The dining room has an extendable pine dining table and seating for 6. A music centre for cassettes and Cd's and radio. There is a 3/4 sofa-bed (and a ground-floor shower room) available which is a wonderful consideration for any guest who prefers not to do stairs.
The cottage has oil central heating and radiant fires in the sitting room and dining room.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, a fridge with freezer compartment -(additional freezer in the outbuilding available, microwave, washing machine
